"Appear" animation event in PPT lost when publish Presenter

I have a animation of a graphic that is assigned the event appear when clicked. Is this supported in Presenter? When I publish the CBT the graphic is viewable on the slide, not hidden and appears when area click like assigned. Any advise??

Hi, Marie! Really sorry you're running into this roadblock when publishing your project. I'd love to lend a hand and have a few questions to start:

  • What version of Presenter are you using? Presenter supports most PowerPoint object animations (Appear is one of them); here are the supported ones in Presenter 360 and Presenter '13.
