Applying a custom-built template

Hello all,

I have created a custom-built template for an Articulate/Powerpoint file.

When I click on:

Articulate [menu] > Player Templates  > File [button at the bottom of the pop-up panel]

…I am able to select my custom-built template.

Here is the problem:

When I publish my Articulate/Powerpoint file, my custom template is not applied.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
