Whenever Chrome updates its version, the Articulate Presenter published - HTML5 files are not working in Chrome browser. We need to republish the PPT files again in order to get them work in Chrom browser. Is there any way to make them work always in Chrome browser? My client is not happy to republish the HTML5 files frequently. Please help.
Thanks for your reply. My question is we need to update Articulate each time when Chrome browser doesn't support the HTML5 files (published using Presenter 13). Is there any permanent solution?
Hi, Venkat -- Thanks for your reply! I see that it looks like you reached out with a similar question over here in this thread a few months ago. My apologies if I am unclear, but are you indicating that the following suggestion is no longer working for you?
The Articulate Updater for Chrome has been released and scans and updates your published courses so HTML5 output will work in Google Chrome 44 and later. (For new courses, install the latest update for your authoring app.)
