Articulate 13 not working at all

Ever since doing the latest update, I cannot do anything from Presenter / Powerpoint view.

Every time I select a function in Articulate, it would just have the error "Articulate 13 has stopped working". Then Powerpoint would just freeze and I have to "End Task" it.

I have done ALL of the steps in this tutorial twice:
