Articulate 13 Publish to CD - Which files?

I have 11 modules that need to be linked together and they will be viewed from a CD (not LMS). I have merged all 11 presentations into one large file. I have a menu slide with the name of each module and I have hyperlinked to each presentation. After publishing, when I click on the Launch_Presentation file, it launches a file that doesn't recognize the hyperlink (the cursor remains an arrow). I know that if I go into the published folder, only the presentation_html5.html works (but that doesn't seem to be the file that is accessed with the Launch file.) Any suggestions? It says that hyperlinks to slide titles within a presentation are supported but it doesn't seem to be working for me. Work arounds are helpful. Is there a way I can branch? Create a button?

When I burn the CD, which files need to be placed on the CD? Thanks!

When you publish to CD there will be several folders and files in the published output, which are all necessary for your course to play properly. The file that launches the course is Launch_Presentation.exe. There’s also an autorun file, which causes your presentation to launch automatically when burned to a CD.
