Articulate 13 Update Error

This morning I was notified that there was an update for Articulate 13 so I proceeded to download the update. Everything was working fine before I updated Articulate. Once I was prompted to restart my computer I did so and when I went back in to PowerPoint and opened a presentation I was putting the final touches on, the Articulate Ribbon wouldn't work. It appears, but whenever I click on a button, nothing happens. I tried restarting my computer and opening a new PowerPoint, but it still did the same exact thing.
I looked to make sure I have the right specs and my computer and that was all in line. Any thoughts on how to fix this besides reinstalling everything?

Hello, Same as above has occurred to me. Looking for the update on the site to try to reinstall and cannot find it.

Hi Ali and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! Unfortunately, it sounds like something failed on your install and uninstall/re-install will probably help. I've not seen any other reports of this, so interesting for Amy to pop in here as well.

OK...so, we figured it out...you actually have to activate it...we repaired and reinstalled...and it asked for activation. This also seems to have fixed my hyperlink dilemma.
