I have several presentations in PPT 13 that need to be uploaded into Articulate 13. I uploaded the new upgrade this morning (no one let me know there was an update until now...I have been trying to get a copy of PPT 10), but it won't even open PPT to get started.
Presenter '13 supports Office 2013 as you'll see here.
When you mention you're unable to open Powerpoint, this if after completing the upgrade of Office on your system or upgrading to the latest version of Presenter '13 which is update 5? You may need to look into the repair steps mentioned here and you'll need to go through all the steps mentioned for your particular version of Windows/Office.
If you were not prompted to activate or the Presenter ribbon isn't working, please review the troubleshooting steps here.
