Articulate 13 Video not synching with slide

I'm inserting a video (.swf) on the slide of my presentation and the no matter what I do, I can't get the slide to sync with the length of the video. The video starts fine, the timeline on the slide goes for about 5 seconds and then advances to the next slide without letting the video finish.
I understand that Articulate 13 is supposed to automatically sync the video with the timeline, but it just isn't happening for me.
I've done a little more troubleshooting and it seems to only happen if I have a slide inserted after the slide with the video. If I don't have any slides after the slide with the video, it plays the video in its entirety.
Could definitely use some help on this as I never experienced this before.

Hello Charles.
I just ran a quick test and adding a video is syncing as it should. Have you seen this happen before or is this the first file? Please make sure you are working locally, and may want to look into the information here if this continues.
