Is there are size limit to videos? I am attempting to add a slide video from a file that is 2.13GB. Every other video I try that is under 2GB works, but this one won't. I can't find anything saying there is a size restriction but I don't know what else it could be. It keeps showing an error that says the the file does not appear to be a supported video format. It is however. It is an MP4 like the rest of the videos I am using.
Thanks for reaching out here and for also opening a case. I see my colleague Vira recommended that you convert your video to MP4 format using HandBrake, and also to play around with dimension (width x height) that lets you achieve a smaller file size without sacrificing the quality.
Let us know if you're able to successfully import the video after the conversion!
