Now, a few of the Articulate menu options are not working (Import audio, Sync, Edit audio). I click and wait but nothing happens. The rest of the options are working as usual.
Would appreciate quick help - have some deliverables and Articulate stopped working at the wrong-est of time. :(
First, please make sure that you're working with local Presenter and Quizmaker files:
Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names (this includes spaces and underscores).

And Quizmaker 2 is also not working. Opens a blank screen. (attached).

The quizmaker issue was resolved.
However, Presenter is still not displaying in the Add ins. Have opened a support case as suggested.
