Articulate 5: Issue After Publishing

Hi,

The master template of the PPT is not showing after publishing the course in Articulate 5.

I am using MS Office 2003.

Please see the attached screenshots for your quick reference.

I am expecting the output as the following image.

I am getting the output as the following image.

Can somebody tell me why this is happening?
