Is there anyway to find out what the Articulate settings are in a published course? (Specifically I'm looking for the Player Template settings, Presentation settings, and LMS Reporting settings). I have a course that is working and would like to apply the exact same settings, but don't know exactly what they are. (Course was created by another developer).
If you have the source files, you should be able to open the PowerPoint/PPTA files and view the settings that are being used and compare those to the settings of the course you're experiencing the issues with. Are you not seeing those files?
Sorry when you said source files I thought you meant either the zipped file or the file created by Articulate after publishing. I do have those files, however I do not see any PowerPoint/PPTA files.
OK sorry to piece mail you but thanks for your help - I was able to find the powerpoint presentation, but could not find where the setting are located - do I just go into the Articulate settings - do they remain set? Sorry about the newbie questions...
The settings should have remained intact from how the original developer had configured them. You should be able to check those settings through the Articulate tab, and then looking through Player Templates, Slide Properties, Presentation Options, etc.

Any chance you'd be able to get the source files from the other developer? How was the other course published?
I do have the source files. The other course was published in Articulate Presenter 09 but I don't know what the setting were/are.

If you know where you are keeping the files, maybe try opening PowerPoint and see if you can navigate to the PowerPoint file through the File menu...
