Articulate courses is holding connections open in LMS

I have constructed a course using Articulate and published for AICC and included relay.asp for overcoming the cross domain related issue. But I am currently facing two issues

#1 The relay.asp is throwing lot of asp 0147|500 errors in Sum total 8.2 LMS

#2 The pages swf are holding the connection open with the LMS even after exiting the course which is causing performance issue.

Can anyone suggest a work around
