I have a presenation with 96 slides. 90 of them have a video embedded that is 2-6 MB in size. Is this what is crashing the build? Is there MB limit for what can be published in a single build? Can two presentations be combined into one on the user end to combat this problem?

No, this is not helpful. I installed Articulate on another machine altogether and still the same exact result. This is very frustrating.
I would suggest you submit a case by following the steps below.
Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:
