Articulate dissappeared from PowerPoint

Powerpoint crashed and the restart gave the option to disable articulate.  I accidentally clicked yes and have been unable to access articulate since.  I went to the options menu and articulate is still there, however when I try to manage add-ins, "articulate Presenter Ribbon" is marked "unloaded."  I have tried reinstalling Articulate, tried removing then reinstalling, do you know how I can get back the articulate menu tab?  I have Office Professional Plus 2010, windows 7 and Articulate Pro '09.
