Articulate Engage not responding to serial number activation

Hello,

I am working in PowerPoint and wanting to insert an Engage piece into the mix. I click Engage under the Insert menu and the Quizzes and Interactions dialog box appears. Clicking on Engage Interaction in the left hand menu bar, I click "Create New". The attached dialog box appears as if I didn't have the progream - being lead to the Articulte website to purchase it.

Any idea what is happening here?

Good Morning, Ryan.

Performing a Studio Repair is usually a good first step in a case like this.  If repairing Studio doesn't resolve the problem, there are also some more aggressive steps you can take.
