Every time I open PowerPoint I get the following error: Flash Player 10 or higher for Internet Exployer is required to run Articulate Presenter 13. I have been using Articulate for some time without any issues and now I get the above error. We have tried to uninstall the program and reinstall without success. Has anyone encountered this issue and how can it be fixed?
I've been getting the same message. Someone at work told me Articulate has a fix you can download. I'm trying to find it but have been unsuccessful. If you find it can you let me know?

They sent me the a link for the update. I tried to download it but am still having the same issue. I have gone back to Articulate to fix it. I will let you know what happened when it is fixed.

I got our IT to go through all the steps that Articulate asked us to do and it is still not working. I sent back a note to Articulate and am waiting for a response.

I finally got this resolved today with the help of IT. There is a lot involved with this fix.

What Flash error message are you seeing? The most recent information is documented here. You'll want to ensure you're on the latest update of Presenter '13 and the latest window's update.
