Articulate: Import Audio dialog box not always opening

Hi, I have created a PowerPoint & Articulate online training course. As I am using text-to-speech, I need to create the audio files per slide in a different application. Then I go to Articulate in PowerPoint and click on the "Import Audio" button on the top left. However I often have to click 3 or 4 times on the "Import Audio" button before it activates the import screen.

Has anyone had a similar issue?

Hi there Carol, sorry you're running into this roadblock! Is it possible that you’re working from somewhere other than your local C: drive?  Working from a network drive or a USB drive can cause a few different problems, and you can read more about that here.

If you're already working locally, do you notice that the same thing happens in any Presenter file, or just this file in particular? You may want to try this simple repair of Studio '13 to see if that fixes the issue.
