Articulate internet communication issues with LMS
Dec 05, 2011
Hopefully someone can help me with the following. Many of our client's learners are mobile users. We have found that they log on to our LMS and enroll in courses, however, we are finding instances where the Articulate course is now fully downloaded to the learner desk top and thru inactivity/internet disruption, there is no longer an active communication to our server. Unfortunately, the learners can complete the course AND take the quiz, however, none of the page views and scores are being communicated back to the LMS. The learner thinks they have completed and passed the course but there isn't any proof of such on our servers.
Is there a setting in Articulate to warn the learner that there isn't any communication on a course? Other ways or ideas to warn learners that the course is not communicating to the server.
This has to be a growing issue as more users are mobile and on less then ideal 3G networks.
Really appreciate any feedback on this.

Does anyone know if this works for Storyline 3? Thank you.
