Articulate menu not working + Engage & Quizmaker not opening

Hi,

I am using Office 2007 and Articulate'09. Everything worked fine and one fine day the Articulate menu in Presenter is not working. The menu and all items are shown but nothing happens when we click on them.

And when I try to create a new Engage or Quizmaker file, I get the following error message:

I have already tried all the options mentioned in this Articulate Product Support manual:

Everything seems to be right here but the issue still remains.

Please help asap... we cannot work even a single day without Articulate
