We have a client who just upgraded their Mac to the Lion OS. Now she can no longer view content that they used to be able to see. Any suggestions? She has verified the versions of Safari and Flash are the latest. She can't get past an error message that says she needs to accept cookies, even though she has a cookie from us. Any ideas?

Hey B,
Thanks for the direction....I guess I will just have to buy a new Mac for 'testing' purposes.

Hi Bob & welcome to Heroes,
Can you post a screenshot of the "accept cookies" message?
Brian,
Here it is. When she checks for cookies, it says she already has one for our site
I would check they dont have the privacy setting switched on, as this will stop cookies
Hi Bob,
Since you're loading the site in an iframe, Safari is viewing your Articulate Online account has a "third party." Since Safari blocks third party cookies by default, they'll need to un-block them by using the method below:
1. Go to Safari>Preferences
2. Select Privacy tab
3. Select "Block cookies: Never"
Changing the privacy worked. The confusion came because she already had a cookie from our site. Regardless, it's working now. Thanks for the help.
Thanks for letting us know that you were able to resolve the issue!
