Hello, any suggestions out there? We have a class that was built in presenter and it launches on a PC on IE but won't launch on a MAC. Is it an articulate issue or an LMS issue? Suggestions?
Hi Tonya! To help identify where the issue lies, you could test your content in SCORM Cloud. If you cannot replicate the issue, then it is probably LMS related (check here and here for common issues), but if you can replicate the issue there, then we could take a closer look for you,
