Articulate not publishing since I put on the newest update Mar 10, 2016 By Kathy Marcum When I go to publish it just flashes a screen up like it will start publishing and then it goes away quickly as if I never made the ask? What do I do?

Perhaps something did not install properly during the update. If you are only having difficulty with one file, you may need to import into a new file.
