my office upgraded to Office 2010 about a month ago and we have had nothing but problems with Articulate since. Not a single person can publish Articulate files via PowerPoint 2010.
Is there a PATCH or something I missed?
Why is there so many issues with these two programs working together?
Which version of Articulate are you using? I have been running Office 2010 for a while now and have not had any issues at all. We use Articulate Presenter '09. Have you tried checking for Updates? See picture below:

Blake,
We have the same set up as you: Articulate '09 and Office 2010.
Checked the updates...nothing.
When we go to publish, it gets 2 slides into it and crashes.
I remove the first 3 slides...publish...crashes...and so on!
Hi Troy. Studio '09 is not supported in Office 2010 64 bit so that's the first thing I would check as outlined here.
yeah, we checked that too...no dice!
Thanks Justin!
Hi Troy.
See if this article helps you out. If not, feel free to submit a case and we can help you out.
ok uninstalled the SoundMax program...nothing.
followed the directions from the article...that seems to work.
However now I have no sound on my computer as I have uninstalled the soundmax program...
NOW WHAT?
How do I get sound back on my computer?
any tips on how I can reinstall Soundmax? or where I can find it to install?
Did you uninstall a program or uninstall the driver for your sound card?
I figured it out, thanks Justin!
Great news! Thanks for letting me know.
