Articulate on mobile devices

I have recently produced my first three e-learning modules using Articulate presenter and quizmaker, published them to SCORM 1.2 and uploaded to our LMS. They are working as expected on PC, but on iPad the files crash, or often don't work at all. The page cannot be scrolled so the user cannot move back and forth between slides. Also, one of the modules has annotations added and these do not display.

What are the tips that I need to follow with both production and publishing that I need to follow to ensure iPad compatibility. Our sales team are only on iPad so PC is not an option.
