Sounds like you need to pick up at Step 2 here, but I wanted to share all of the instructions for reference. You will work with the Powerpoint file
When working on an Articulate Presenter course in a collaborative environment with other developers, use the following workflow to avoid file corruption, loss of resources, and other erratic behavior:
After creating, editing, or publishing a presentation on your local hard drive, use the Send to Articulate Presenter Package feature to make an exact copy of your project (including Engage interactions and Quizmaker quizzes). This generates a zip file.
Copy the zip file to your network drive for storage and sharing.
When you need to edit or publish the presentation again, copy the zip file to your local hard drive and extract it.
Then edit or publish.
Repeat steps 1-4 as necessary.
Also, check out this article by Tom Kuhlmann for information and video instructions on using a couple of free applications that'll synchronize your local files with a network drive.
Thank you for the quick response Leslie. I have followed steps 2 to 4 (as someone else has packaged the project and sent it to me by email). I just finished step 4, made some edits and have published the project and viewed the project but the links are not working. How do I get the links to work.
Attached is what the is contained in the package when I extracted it.
Hi Ruth! Thanks for sharing your project with me and I apologize for not realizing this was Presenter '09. Please review this document for how to get your file hyperlinks to work and note that this is an unsupported method.

Hi Ruth!
Are you referring to hyperlinks within your project? Are you utilizing a supported method as explained in this article?
Would it be easier if I forward the Articulate package that was sent to me. If yes, do I sent it through an email to you.
You are more than welcome to share the Articulate Package here if need be via the Paperclip icon.
It is a hyperlink see attached.
Thanks Leslie. I have attached the Articulate Package.

Thanks Leslie. I will just hyperlink them to attachments. I was hoping I didn't have to re-hyperlink them.
