Articulate Package not a choice under Save & Send

I'm trying to create an Articulate Package, but when I go to "Save & Send" I don't have the "Articulate Package" option.  I checked my add-ins and Articulate is not disabled.  Does anyone have any suggestions on what I might do to get that back?  Any ideas outside of reinstalling Articulate would be especially appreciated.

FYI in case it's relevant: I'm working on a Windows XP machine with PowerPoint 2010 and Presenter v6.0.901.713 Pro.
