Articulate Presenter 09 and Captivate 6

Having some difficulties importing Adobe Captivate 6 SWF files into articulate presenter 09. For some reason when I preview the articulate presentation the adobe captivate sessions I have dropped in do not play correctly. This has started to happen since I have been upgraded to 2010 Office suite, captivate 6, with my current articulate 09 studio suit. Can anyone help me with a fix? I used to be able to drop in the captivate files fine with no issues??
Also - if there isn't a fix or patch for this issue - my company would like to upgrade our software. Does the latest articulate studio suit work with captivate 7, and microsoft office 2013, and windows 7?
