Articulate Presenter '13 Error

Hi guys,
I am running into an error and can't get around it. (Articulate Presenter '13)
I have created a course that has a quiz and a video housed in it. I published it to my desktop, watched it, and realized I needed to change something in the quiz. I deleted the quiz slide, added the updated quiz and THIS is when the problems started happening.
I keep seeing an error that says that "..something went wrong that might make PowerPoint unstable. Please save and restart." I have attached the error.
When I try to save, I get the same error. Also, I can't publish until I am able to save it, so I am at a dead end.
Does anyone know what is going on and what I can do to fix this?

Hi Des! Looks like an actual Powerpoint error, not Presenter. Are you able to save as a different file name perhaps?

I tried to save it as:
-PowerPoint Presentation
- PowerPoint Marco-Enabled presentation
- PowerPoint 97-2003 Presentation
All 3 of them gave me the error again. :(
Do you think there is something else I can do?
Hi Des! Changing the name of the saved file did not help either?
Again, seems like a Powerpoint error, but perhaps this solution will assist you.
