"Articulate Presenter '13 has stopped working"

Have you been able to use the program at all since you downloaded and installed? If not, perhaps something went wrong during the install and I would suggest a repair to get this corrected.

I was never able to use the program since initial installation.

I am actually currently performing a repair, will report back with results

I have a similar issue (the same message as the user above). First I had known issue with Flash 16.  I have re-installed (few times already) entire Studio 13 and the message "Articulate Presenter 13 has stopped working" is coming up every time i open PowerPoint. Very irritating.

What should I do to fix this problem. This just came out of nowhere. Everything worked few days ago. Please HELP!!!! :-(

Now I have the Flash Player problem again. I have Flash Player 15 installed but Articulate keeps showing the message: "Flash Player 10 or higher is required to to run Articulate Presenter 13." I spend all day troubleshooting Articulate. I am starting to dislike this software! Disappointing. HELP!

I do know that the: Problem Event Name: CLR20r3 error is typically a windows registry error.

You may need to reach out to our support team to check windows event logs if needed.

I would recommend following the instructions here to get your software working properly again.
