"Articulate Presenter '13 has stopped working"

I am running Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit

Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 32 bit

Intel i5-3470@3.2GHz - 8GB ram

Articulate Studio '13 (only Presenter installed) Trial

All add ins aside from articulate are disabled in PowerPoint

My user account is an administrator

This error occurs whenever anything is clicked in the Articulate tab, and it crashes PowerPoint with it.

I have a similar issue (the same message as the user above). First I had known issue with Flash 16.  I have re-installed (few times already) entire Studio 13 and the message "Articulate Presenter 13 has stopped working" is coming up every time i open PowerPoint. Very irritating.

What should I do to fix this problem. This just came out of nowhere. Everything worked few days ago. Please HELP!!!! :-(

Hi Margaret! Sorry to hear that you are having such difficulty.

I do know that the: Problem Event Name: CLR20r3 error is typically a windows registry error.

You may need to reach out to our support team to check windows event logs if needed.

I would recommend following the instructions here to get your software working properly again.
