I have some old Presenter '09 files that I am converting to Presenter '13 and I am having an issue with formatted numbered lists showing up as a different font after publishing. The font for the text associated with each numbered point shows up correctly, it is just the formatted number/letter that switches font after publish and even in preview. Does anyone know what might be going on and if there is a fix for this? I have downloaded and installed the latest update 7.
Hi, Kika -- Thanks so much for reaching out and so sorry to hear of your difficulties! First, may I ask if you have had a chance to take a look at the information here with some troubleshooting steps you can try?
And if issues persist, it would be helpful if we are able to take a look at your original Presenter '09 file, as well as the Presenter '13 file after the upgrade. For each, you will need to use the steps listed here to create an Articulate Package to upload (which is different than the published output folder), or if you'd prefer to share them privately, here is the form you'd need to send those along for review.
Thanks Kika - and it looks like you also sent along your project files, so I've gotten them into the hands of a support engineers to investigate further.

I'll try the troubleshooting steps first and get back to you. Thanks!
