Articulate presenter 360- Sound is not starting automatically Jan 12, 2021 By jerome VERRIER Hi, after I have published my course and open the e-learning module, the sound is not started automatically. If I click on pause and restart, the sound is coming and then no problem after. So, what is the way to solve this issue ? Thanks

First, do you see a play button, as shown below, in Chrome and Safari? If yes, this is the default autoplay behavior in Chrome and Safari. Here's the scoop: Storyline and Studio: HTML5 Audio Might Not Play in Google Chrome 66 and Later Clicking the play button starts the interaction and allows the media to play. After learners visit the content once, they shouldn't see that button again. Let me know if that helps!
