Articulate Presenter 360 Video Controls are MISSING even after selecting Show Video Controls???
After opening; PowerPoint, Articulate, Video, Add Slide from File and choosing "show video controls".... no video controls appear in the published web version. See attached. Please Advise. Thank you!
Hey there, Robart. I'm sorry you're seeing a discrepancy between your preview and your published output. I did a quick mockup with just one slide with a video, and I saw video controls in both Flash and HTML5 output on my test file.
Are you able to share your Articulate Package for me for testing? I'd like to see your setup and look for other variables that are affecting it! Thanks.
Thanks for popping back in with an update Robart and letting us know what worked well for you.

Thank you for you quick response. I fixed it by sizing the video picture
to allow space at the bottom for the Seek Bar.
