I havent used artciulate for a a few weeks on my PC but recently updated studio on the PC - now when I open Powerpoint and click the articulate tab none of the presenter buttons respond e.g. record narration - I click it and nothing happens. Same for most of the others.
Me too. Articulate support, can we do a backwards install to the previous version? It seems like the new version is broken. I checked and my serial number is still attached, so the software still recognizes that I own my copy.
Hi Gunter! Our first solution suggestion is for you to conduct a repair of your software to see if that clears your issue. This helps the majority of our customers.
Katie - I saw you posting in another thread here that seems to indicate that you may be running an additional add-in?
