Articulate Presenter - Conversion to SCORM in Mandarin

Jan 08, 2014

Hi,

I'm currently using Articulate Presenter 2009 to publish a PowerPoint to SCORM. The PowerPoint presentation is written primarily in Mandarin. When I publish the PowerPoint, the characters don't convert properly, nd end up being jumbled symbols. I've had a look on the website here and it appears that Articulate does support other languages so I'm not sure where the issue is. Can anyone assist!?

Thanks

Hi Stacey and welcome to the community!

Have you taken a look at the following article?

Localizing your computer for other languages in Presenter

Also, are you using Unicode fonts? You can also check this blog post out for additional tips.

You may also want to make sure you're using the most recent version of Presenter '09. You can find details and download the update here.

Let me know if that helps!
