Trying to see if anyone else has encountered this issue with Articulate Presenter and Articulate Quizmaker.
Bookmarking doesn't work when the user fails the quiz and closes the course while viewing the Results slide. The problem is that the user is entitled to a second attempt to take the quiz. Because the course didn't bookmark, it's like the user never went through the course at all and has to view all slides again.

Can you please confirm if you are publishing for LMS, and if so, have you had the opportunity to test your published output in the intended environment? You may also want to test your course in the SCORM Cloud to see if you encounter the same behavior. And, can you please share which LMS provider you are using? Others may be able to weigh in with their advice if they have shared a similar experience.

Were you able to test the content in SCORM Cloud as Christie shared above?
Hi I haven't tested in SCORM Cloud since the company uses Cornerstone and everything is uploaded there directly.
Is this possibly a problem that only occurs with Cornerstone?
