The published html5 output of the presenter has black outline in the CC text. I have my CC text in white, but in the output along with the white, I see a black outline that gives a distorted look. I get the same issue while opening the output file in IE and chrome. However, when the same file is published in my friends systems the output seems fine. I used the built-in presenter player.
I tried re-installing Presenter and even MS office, but still the issue is not getting. Is there a way to remove the black outline from the CC text. PLease note that the glossary and roadmap text seems fine. Attached is a screen shot for your reference.
Do you only see this issue when viewing the course locally, or does it also appear when viewing the uploaded course on your web server or Learning Management System (LMS)?
What version of Presenter are you and your colleague using? You can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Presenter".
We've had a couple of additional updates since Update 9. You can read about them and download the update here.
I'm unable to replicate the issue, but I'd love to be able to take a closer look if needed.
