Hello, I just received a new computer with Powerpoint 2016. I downloaded my articulate 09 (it was installed on my old computer) but now when I go to open Powerpoint, there is no articulate connected.
Hi Crystal- Thanks for reaching out here. Studio 09 isn't supported in Powerpoint 2016. You can check out the system requirements for it here. The supported versions of Powerpoint for Presenter 09 are as follows:

PowerPoint 2000, PowerPoint 2002 (PowerPoint XP), PowerPoint 2003, PowerPoint 2007, or PowerPoint 2010 (32-bit only)
