I made some updates to a Studio 09 presenter course and was unable to publish it. Eventually I decided to uninstall and reinstall. Since then I can not even get the ribbon to display in Powerpoint. My OS is Windows 7 and I am using Office 2010. I desperately need to get this sorted... any ideas?

Did you check in PowerPoint to see if the ribbon was disabled? If so, you can enable it.
