Take a look at this article. Since you've already checked the disabled items menu, you might want to take a look at the steps provided for the "Trust Center Settings".
If the steps above do not resolve the problem, please restart your machine and see if there's any difference. If you're still unable to see the Presenter menu, please follow the steps outlined in this article.

I did what you said but nothing happen.
Finally, I downloaded update 8 package and upgraded my Articulate.
After that it worked .
