I been dealing with what it looks like to be an error message. Articulate not working/Articulate not responding.
This is a presentation that I have been working for the past weeks and it was working until last Friday. The only thing I changed was the color of the PP slides and I added more audio narration.
I can record and listen to the recording. I can even edit audio. however when I go to Preview or Publish, it stops at slide 8. I can preview slides 1 to 4.
I found one of the suggestions for this problem on one of the forums is to "repair" Microsoft, which I did. I also "repair" Articulate, but nothing works!!!
I need help please!! HELP !!!!! :(

Hi Evelina and Welcome to E-Learning Heroes! Sorry to hear that you are having a rough time. I cannot see the image that you are attaching, but if you have already tried the troubleshooting, I think it would be best to go ahead and submit a case so that our support team can assist you.
