Articulate Presenter Pro 9 issue

Please help with the Articulate Presenter Pro 9 issue :-
We have purchased Articulate Pro 9
we are using Windows 7 (32 Bit)
Microsoft Office 2007
The concern that we are facing is that on adding a PDF attachment in Articulate, and publishing the same we are able to get the link in the published module, but on clicking that link the actual data present in that link can't be viewed.
it seems that Articulate is not able to connect the same at the backend so the output is hampered.
We have tried all the options by looking at your website and even speaking to 24*7 but they are unable to resolve the issue.

Based on the image that you have shared here, it appears that you are viewing your file locally and not in the published environment.
Please check out the documentation on publishing and sharing and be sure to view the content as your learner would.
Hi Leslie - Even after publishing, it is having same issue. The PDF which is added as a link in PPT, the viewers are not been able to open the PDF, It is just showing the link. Just we tried now & the PDF is not getting attached on local machine also.

To prevent further delay, I have opened up a support case on your behalf. My VM with Presenter '09 does not want to play nice with me today and your assistance should not be held up on account of that.
