The following is a troubleshooter for unexpected behavior, but the place to start is always to make sure that your presentations, quizzes, interactions, and audio / video resources are located on your local hard drive (this is typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or USB drive can cause erratic behavior:
I reinstalled Presenter but I still get the same error. All my files are located on my C: drive too. Any other suggestions on what can be done? Thanks!
I'd recommend submitting your case to our support team so they can work with you to find a solution. If you'd like to do that, please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
