Articulate Presenter visible but won't activate

I open Articulate Presenter and the Articulate option is in the ribbon at the top. When I click on any of the tools in the bar, nothing happens. This was all working fine previously. Then I was busy and didn't use for a couple of weeks and now nothing happens.

I've uninstalled Studio 360 and reinstalled. 

Any ideas on how to help...I've wasted the morning trying to sort this out and of course it is a day when everything is urgent.

I'm sorry you're running into this issue! Can you review the steps in this article to ensure all the add-ins are enabled?

If all the settings are correct, feel free to connect with a support engineer to take a closer look and see why the ribbon is inactive!
