Articulate Presenter without Flash
Nov 20, 2017
Hi guys
I have published a program in Articulate Presenter and a number of users experiencing users with the program - being presented incorrect text boxes/directions (e.g. scroll down - when there is no scroll). I have been told that these users may not have Flash player installed. Can you please shine some light on how I get around this?
I noticed a comment in another thread saying the course will automatically detect that users don't have Flash and show them the HTML5 content instead of the Flash content, without having to do anything, but this isn't my experience. I've added a screenshot displaying how I published the program with HDMI5 selected, but unfortunately this hasn't worked.
Now not sure if it is a Flash issue or something else entirely..
Thanks in advance
Clare

Hi Clare, I'm happy to help!
From your screenshot, it looks like you're publishing with the correct settings. I'm curious to hear more about the incorrect text boxes/directions your learners are seeing.
Have you seen the same problem when you test the course? If so, could you take a screenshot of those troublesome slides? Also, does the problem seem to happen in a particular browser, or in all browsers?
