Articulate program

Here's a shocker. I'm told there is no budget again for this year. My laptop is almost as old as my Grandpa and takes forever to develop programs. My question is: can articulate be loaded onto our company server rather than my laptop. I would think that this would speed the process up a bit. Any ones thoughts are appreciated. Thanks
