Articulate refuses to do anything

As soon as I open try to use Articulate Presenter in PowerPoint,a window pops up saying,"There are no updates available at this time." Then as soon as I try to edit audio, or even click on ANY articulate button, the loading icon briefly appears then acts as if I never clicked on anything. I have closed the program, restarted my computer, shutdown my computer and waited a few minutes, and even tried to open a presentation that previously worked and now doesn't.

I would recommend that you conduct a repair of your software if you are running the latest update.
If you are not, I would recommend updating to Update 4, which will also repair your software as well
Not happy to say "repairing" is an optimal solution to fixing the problem. But it did in fact work none the less. Thanks.

I'm having a similar issue as Brandon. My presenter is not working at all. I'm working in a new module that has both engages and quizes that were all working until last week. They work in the individual icons on my desktop, but not in the module. I have checked my other completed modules and they're not working either.
I have Windows XP and read the directions for repairing Studio 13. I tried to reinstall, but received the message that it was already installed. My Help Desk is afraid to uninstall because they think I might lose everything I've done in the nearly complete module I'm working on. Can you help? Thanks.
Hi Nan! As long as your projects are saved, correcting your install will not affect those projects

We had two machines with the same problem. Repairing Articulate did not solve the problem at first. My next step was to repair Microsoft Office (we are running 2010). We had to run the Articulate repair once more AFTER repairing Office to get the machines working.

I have been having the same issues with both Storyline versions and none of the above fixes have worked. I love the product, but am ready to stop using it. This adds many additional hours to my designing.

I see where you have posted in the forums a few times related to Storyline, but haven't seen a response as related to resolution.
Are you having an issue with Studio as well, as this is the Presenter forum?
