Articulate Ribbon
Feb 17, 2014
Everytime I open PowerPoint I get an error saying the Articulate Ribbon has been disabled and asks if I would like to enable it. I say "Yes" and I then get an "Unable to load Articulate Presenter add-in".
I have taken the steps recommended in previous posts about the going through the process to correct it:
File - options - add ins - comm add ins, then select the presenter ribbon and click ok. Before I click "ok" it says load behavior: unloaded. The ribbon appears quickly without needing to re-start program however each and every time I open power point, it's the same process all over again. I need the ribbon to be there and stay. I also have checked the Trust Center as recommended as well.
I am using Powerpoint 13 and Articulate Studio 13. Any ideas?

Hi Angie!
If it's still not working as you expect after doing all of the troubleshooting that you've mentioned. I would recommend that you do a repair of your software as explained here.
Thank you for your reply Leslie,
I'll give that a whirl to try to fix it.
