Articulate Ribbon not working after installing Articulate update

Try this:

• Launch PowerPoint as an admin (right click > run as admin)
• Click the Office button on the upper left-hand side
• Click PowerPoint options at the bottom
• Go to Add-ins > Manage: COM add-ins > Go
• Check if Articulate Presenter Communicator and Ribbon are selected

Also try to check if anything is disabled, same window, select disabled from the drop-down menu.

Thank you, C.O...I have checked all those things and also run repair on Articulate. The ribbon works but now when I try to publish, I receive an error message that articulate has crashed.

Any thoughts?

This is the first one and it's been a mess...after trying every single troubleshooting Articulate had to offer, I ended up going back to the pre-update version. Things are working fine now.

Hello Jenn. I did not have any other ideas before so I was waiting for your answer to Leslie's question.

I just remembered though that SmartArt used to give me a headache and caused Presenter to crash. I simply ungroup it and it publishes fine afterwards.
