Sounds like maybe one or more of your add-ins have become disabled. Take a look at this article and see if it helps. If not, are you able to share a screenshot or two of what you're seeing?
Thanks Peter, I reviewed the article and both our IT staff and myself had looked at the add ins and had followed the information provided. The Articulate files are all here and at the ribbon bar Articulate is showing up. All of a sudden in the last few days, when I click on Articulate, say Quizmaker or record narration, nothing occurs.
It may be a Power Point issue. I use 2007 and there may have been an update recently from Microsoft with is the culprit. Any other ideas?
